If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund, you must return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please notify us of your return request and we will get back to you within 2 working days.
- Items must be in pristine condition, in the same packaging they arrived in.
- Tags must be kept on, please note if tags are removed, returns will not be accepted.
- Once we’ve received your return please allow 10-14 days for your funds to arrive back to your payment method.
- At this moment in time, we do not offer exchanges.
- You will be responsible for postage and packaging fees, unless an item has arrived damaged or faulty, in which we will cover the costs.
